Account Registration

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request the permanent closure of your v8888 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Effect of Closure: Upon permanent account closure, your access to the v8888 platform will be terminated. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any sums owed to v8888.
